If you need to cancel your participation in “Write Out Loud!” your notification and request for a refund of the workshop tuition fee must be submitted in writing by mail or fax to The Pine Lake Institute.

A $50 cancellation fee will be charged for refund requests received by May 28. After that, a $150 cancellation fee will be charged. There will be no tuition refunds after June 15. Refunds will be processed within six weeks after they are requested.

“Write Out Loud!” reserves the right to cancel the program if the minimum number of students does not register.  In this event all monies will be returned to registered students forthwith. “Write Out Loud!” reserves the right to change any guest teacher/poet without notice. 

There will be a $50 handling fee for returned checks.  No refund of fees will be made for people who must leave the Conference early.
